Photos for Dogs at the Valencia County Animal Shelter

As often as we can, we volunteer at the Valencia County Animal Shelter to give adoptable dogs professional quality photos to help boost their chances of being adopted. We provide pet photography services for pets and their people in the Albuquerque Metro Area, so it’s nice to give back a little in our free time and help these dogs out in their time of need.

The Valencia County Animal Shelter is located in Los Lunas, NM and serves a large semi-rural area that has an incredible need. The shelter is often at capacity, and unfortunately, sometimes they have to euthanize to make room for the never ending intakes that come through their doors.

This month, we photographed 7 adoptable dogs at the shelter, but there are so many others! We hope you’ll take a trip down to the shelter to visit them! Even if you can’t adopt, just spending some and getting a dog out of the kennel for a little while is such a big help!
