A Downtown Albuquerque Photoshoot

As a New Mexico based photographer, I am always looking for new and exciting places to photograph, so when I was asked to do an urban, downtown photoshoot, I jumped at the opportunity.

Downtown Albuquerque is chock full of vibrant murals, graffiti art, and all sorts of interesting textures and colors. I spent an entire afternoon scouting the streets for the perfect location, and settled on the area surrounding Warehouse Five O’Eight.

I love that this location is nestled on a less busy street and has adequate parking. It feels safer than some of the other downtown areas, and on Sundays it’s practically empty, which is nice for taking photos.

I have to say, I am in love with the results from this location! The photos are fun, vibrant, and unique, and they were a lot of fun to create.
